jessicachastian: Music artist/band I’m currently obsessed with: Of Monsters and Men Of Monsters and Men is an amiable group of five day dreamers who craft folkie pop songs. But last year, the normally mild-mannered six pack transformed into total rock stars after stomping out their competition during Musiktilraunir, a yearly battle of the bands in their native Iceland[…] Their music is as fantastical as it is pretty. For inspiration, they often reference random stories they’ve read[…] “Iceland can be a very isolated country and that translates into the music. We get stuck in our little world”. They’re in it for the passion of making music and it really shows and I just have a mad crush on these guys, so I hope you check them out.
